Elnur Ikhtiyar oglu Sultanov has been recalled from his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Latvia.

Operativ Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to this effect.

By another decree of the President, Narmina Elsever gizi Mustafayev was appointed to the post.
