Pezeshkian: Talks with US do not mean surrender

Negotiations with the US do not mean surrender; our country aims to advance step by step on the path of dialogue, guided by wisdom, honor, and national interests while at the peak of its strength.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said this, according to Operativ Media citing Iranian media.

The head of state highlighted the possibilities of both war and negotiations with the US. He noted that Iran defends its territorial integrity and does not view war as an objective: "Our goal is to end the war, lift the blockade, unfreeze blocked resources, and then conduct nuclear negotiations."

Pezeshkian emphasized that negotiations with the US do not signify surrender: "Countries like China prove themselves through economic competition. It is essential to protect the homeland and serve the people."
