Vitali Klitschko stated that August 21 will be declared a day of mourning in Kyiv in memory of the victims of the attack.

“It is currently known that 12 people have been killed in Kyiv. August 21 has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv to honor the victims of the massive attack on the capital,” Klitschko said.
