Operativ Media reports that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to this effect.

According to the decree, Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the supreme state order for his outstanding contributions to the development of friendly, fraternal, and allied relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
