Ilham Aliyev congratulates Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the successful conduct of the first elections to the country's new parliament, the Kurultai.
