A total of 58,947 applicants have been admitted to higher education institutions.

The State Examination Center (SEC) informed Operativ Media about the results.

Applicants, including sub-bachelors, can access their competition results via the SEC website or by sending their application number or the 7-digit code from their electronic application to 7727 across mobile operators (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar).

Applicants are advised to review the statement of results on dim.gov.az. The document displays the major code and title indicated in the application, the minimum passing score for the major, the minimum passing score under the state-funded quota for that specific major code, the minimum state-funded passing score across all universities offering the same major, and the final admission result, indicating the basis on which the applicant was admitted or not admitted.

Admitted applicants must register at their respective universities exclusively via the my.gov.az portal. A dedicated service of the Ministry of Science and Education has been launched on the platform for this purpose. Registration will run from August 28 until 18:00 on September 8.

To register, admitted individuals must log into their personal accounts on my.gov.az using mygov ID (single sign-on system), select the Ministry of Science and Education under the "Agencies" section of the "Services" tab, and proceed to the "Registration of students in higher and secondary vocational education institutions" service.

Failure to register within the specified timeframe will be treated as a refusal of placement, and the applicant's admission order will not be sent to the university.

A total of 87,146 applicants participated in the university admissions competition. Of those, 58,947 (including 4,215 sub-bachelors) were admitted. A total of 28,108 applicants (including 1,145 sub-bachelors) were admitted on a state-funded basis, 317 (including 58 sub-bachelors) on a state-supported basis, and 30,522 (including 3,012 sub-bachelors) on a tuition-paying basis.

Additionally, 3 winners of international subject olympiads, 103 winners of national subject olympiads, and 63 graduates of internationally accredited educational programs (IB) were placed into relevant majors after gaining admission out of competition.

Furthermore, 520 applicants were admitted to ADA University based on SAT exam scores and as graduates of the ADA School.

Another 98 applicants were admitted to sports-related majors.

In addition, 185 applicants (Groups I and IV) were admitted to the Azerbaijani-French University (UFAZ), 104 to Baku Engineering University (under the dual-degree program with the Republic of Korea's Inha University), 125 applicants (Group IV) to the Baku branch of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, and 17 applicants (Groups I–IV) to the Baku branch of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.

The list of admitted students will be published in electronic format in the 6th issue of "Abituriyent" magazine. Applicants will be able to download the PDF version from abiturient.az starting from the afternoon of August 25.

The upcoming 7th issue of "Abituriyent" magazine will provide comprehensive data on score distribution for applicants who took part in the competition but were not admitted, along with a list of vacant seats at higher education institutions.

Online application for vacant seats will take place from August 28 to September 2. In their electronic applications, applicants may select major codes for vacant university seats as well as majors offered by secondary vocational institutions (colleges). The list of available college majors was published in the 5th issue of "Abituriyent" magazine.
