Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijan's First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on her birthday.

Operativ Media reports that the letter reads:

"Dear Mehriban Arif gizi,

Please accept my warmest congratulations on your birthday.

I sincerely wish you robust health, happiness, prosperity, and success in your high state office. Please convey my warmest regards to Ilham Heydar oglu and all your family members."
