President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has sent a congratulatory letter to First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of her birthday.

Operativ Media reports that the congratulatory message reads:

"Dear Mehriban Arif qizi,

Please accept my sincere congratulations on your birthday. Your patriotism, dedicated service to Azerbaijan, and your focus on and contribution to key issues of the country's development command respect and admiration. Belarus highly appreciates your contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between Minsk and Baku, as well as maintaining an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, which allows our relations to be rightfully considered a true model of friendship.

I am confident that your fruitful activities will continue to contribute to the implementation of joint projects and the expansion of cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan in the spirit of open and constructive dialogue.
