A series of meetings and events were held as part of the working visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan by a delegation led by Ying Yong, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China. Visits to various locations were also organized to familiarize the delegation with the country's public administration, history, and cultural heritage.

In accordance with the visit program, the delegation first visited the Heydar Aliyev Center. Here, the guests familiarized themselves with the activities of the Center, which is one of the symbols of the country's modern development, exhibits reflecting the rich statehood heritage, life, and multifaceted activities of the world-renowned politician and National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, as well as projects and expositions reflecting important innovations in the socio-economic and cultural life of the country.

The delegation then visited the "ASAN Service" Center No. 7. The guests were briefed on the modern working conditions established at the "ASAN Service" centers, the innovative and digital solutions applied in public service delivery, and the service model based on citizen satisfaction.

Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, provided the delegation with detailed information on the activities of the "ASAN Service" centers established on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, their management model, and the modern and innovative approaches applied in public service delivery.

During the visit, the delegation also toured historical sites in Baku, getting acquainted with the capital's rich historical and cultural heritage.

Additionally, the delegation visited the Gobustan National Historical-Artistic Reserve, where they viewed ancient petroglyphs and historical-cultural heritage samples, and toured the mud volcanoes located in the Gobustan area.

As part of the visit, the guests also attended a concert program organized at the Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theater.

Throughout the visit, the delegation was briefed on Azerbaijan's ancient history, rich cultural heritage, modern development, and innovative projects implemented in the organization of public services.
