Aziz Sancar has been awarded the "Shohrat" (Glory) Order.

Operativ Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to this effect.

Aziz Sancar was honored for his special services in strengthening the international scientific and humanitarian cooperation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
