In accordance with the 2026 bilateral military cooperation plan signed between the defense ministries of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria, a working meeting has been held on "the exchange of cultural and social issues of military personnel, as well as the mutual and efficient use of recreation, leave, and holiday facilities."

During the meeting, held at the Ideological Support Department of the Ministry of Defense's Main Department for Personnel, information was provided on the work being done to effectively organize the leisure time of military personnel in the Azerbaijani Army, and views were exchanged on the prospects for developing cooperation in this area.

At the end of the event, gifts were exchanged and a commemorative photo was taken.
