The main negotiations regarding TRIPP are being conducted between the US and Armenia.

Operativ Media reports that Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this in a statement to journalists on the sidelines of the high-level opening ceremony of the Fourth Climate Week (CW4) of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in Baku.

He emphasized that the main negotiations regarding TRIPP are being held between the US and Armenia:

"This is natural. However, at the same time, partners from the US regularly brief the Azerbaijani side, because it is impossible for the project to be realized without Azerbaijan's participation."
