Apple has introduced its first-ever foldable iPhone model. 

Operativ Media reports that the new smartphone, named "iPhone Duo," features a book-like folding screen design, marking the company's official entry into the long-awaited foldable phone market.

Apple chose the name "iPhone Duo" for the new device, abandoning the previously rumored "Ultra" name. 

According to the latest reports, the smartphone will feature an approximately 5.5-inch display when folded, expanding to 7.8 inches when unfolded.

The new model is reportedly one of the biggest design changes in Apple's iPhone lineup in recent years.
