Operativ Media reports that this was stated in a post by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (MFA) on its X social media account regarding the Cooperation Day of Turkic States.

"October 3 is celebrated as the Cooperation Day of Turkic States. The Organization of Turkic States, founded by the Nakhchivan Agreement, is a symbol of solidarity and strategic partnership among Turkic states bound by common roots, language, history, and cultural values. Azerbaijan, together with brotherly Turkic states, is committed to strengthening the unity of the Turkic world, expanding cooperation, and further reinforcing our shared future.
