Gold prices have risen on the New York exchange, while silver has fallen.

Operativ Media reports that gold futures on the COMEX commodity exchange rose by 0.29% to 4.153 US dollars.

Meanwhile, silver futures per ounce on COMEX fell by 0.47% to 60 US dollars.
