"Azykh-Taghlar Archaeological Park" State Reserve established

The "Azykh-Taghlar Archaeological Park" State Reserve has been established.

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to this effect, Operativ Media reports.

Under the order, the Cabinet of Ministers must approve the reserve's charter, as well as define its boundaries and protection zone, within three months.

The Cabinet of Ministers will also establish a special regime for the reserve's territory and report to the President of Azerbaijan. Additionally, it will take necessary measures regarding the material and technical support for the reserve.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Culture is tasked with managing the reserve and taking the necessary steps to resolve other issues arising from the decree.

Funding required to maintain the reserve's operations will be covered through the state budget allocated to the Ministry of Culture.
