Türkiye to host first meeting of R4+E3 countries

The foreign ministers of Türkiye, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France will meet for the first time in the R4+E3 format in Istanbul, at Türkiye's initiative.

The meeting of R4+E3 Foreign Ministers will take place tomorrow in Istanbul, hosted by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

The discussions are expected to address regional issues, focusing primarily on the Palestinian question, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, developments in Yemen, and search for solutions to the Russia-Ukraine war, alongside prospects for future cooperation and coordination among the R4 and E3 nations.
