Ilham Aliyev congratulates Kassym-Jomart Tokayev
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Operativ Media reports that the letter reads:

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to you and, through you, to the brotherly people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of your national holiday – Republic Day.
Today, as a result of your prudent policies, the Republic of Kazakhstan has undergone comprehensive development, achieving success in all fields, strengthening its economic potential, and earning immense prestige in the international arena. As a brotherly country, we are sincerely delighted to witness Kazakhstan's accomplishments year after year.
Our regular mutual visits, meetings, and active high-level dialogue play a key role in accelerating the development of bilateral relations, as well as strengthening and enriching our strategic partnership and alliance. I highly appreciate your recent visit to Azerbaijan to attend the 7th CICA Summit.
