Two Azerbaijani female wrestlers have reached the decisive matches at the U20 World Championships taking place in Bratislava, Slovakia.

​Operativ Media reports that competing in the 59 kg weight category, Ruzanna Mammadova advanced to the final by securing a decisive 11-0 technical superiority victory over Hungary's Eda Balazs.

​Gunay Gurbanova achieved the same success in the 57 kg division. She defeated Indian wrestler Tanvi Gundesh Magdum by fall to book her spot in the World Championship final.
