At the invitation of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will pay a state visit to Uzbekistan on August 29-30.

The agenda of the talks will include the development and strengthening of the Uzbekistan-India strategic partnership, as well as the expansion of multifaceted cooperation.

Current issues of international politics and the regional agenda, as well as cooperation within multilateral frameworks, will be discussed.

A number of bilateral documents are planned to be signed at the end of the meeting.
