Iran is interested in expanding relations with Azerbaijan in all fields.

Operativ Media reports that President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian said this during a meeting with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, on August 31.

The Iranian president noted that there are very good opportunities for developing relations.

Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that the Iranian state and people highly appreciate President Ilham Aliyev's stance, support, and condolences, as well as the humanitarian aid provided by Azerbaijan during this difficult situation faced by Iran, expressing his gratitude once again.
