Portuguese club Porto has signed Milan forward Santiago Gimenez on a loan deal that will run until June 30, 2027.

Operativ Media reports that well-known insider Fabrizio Romano shared information about this.

According to the report, there is also an option to purchase the 25-year-old Mexican footballer's transfer rights for €18 million, and this clause could become mandatory depending on certain conditions being met, as well as the player's minutes on the pitch.

As a reminder, the forward has been playing for Milan since February 2025, and his main contract with the Italian club runs until June 30, 2029.

Gimenez, who made 17 appearances in the 2025/2026 season, scored one goal and provided one assist.

The Transfermarkt portal values the Mexican international at €18 million.
