A meeting in the "SCO plus" format is being held in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Operativ Media reports that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the "Irys Ordo" Congress Center in Bishkek to attend the meeting.

President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov welcomed President Ilham Aliyev and other heads of state and government.

The participants of the "SCO plus" format meeting then took a joint photo.
