US warns its citizens in Israel
The U.S. Embassy in Israel has warned American citizens about the risk of escalation in the region.
Operativ Media reports that the U.S. Embassy in Israel released information on the matter.
“Given the tensions in the Middle East, the security situation remains complex, and there is a possibility of unexpected escalation. U.S. citizens currently in the Middle East should maintain a high level of vigilance and be prepared for potential flight cancellations and disruptions in air travel,” the statement said.
The embassy advised U.S. citizens in Israel to locate their nearest shelter or protected space in advance and to download the Israel Home Front Command mobile application, which sends alerts about rocket and drone attacks.
Citizens were also advised to prepare emergency supplies of food, water, and medicine.
At the same time, it was emphasized that the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem and its branch office in Tel Aviv continue to operate normally, providing full consular services to citizens.
