Barcelona midfielder Marc Casado will continue his career at Deportivo, with the 22-year-old Spanish player joining the club on a season-long loan.

Operativ Media reports that, according to the La Liga club's official statement, this transfer strengthens the squad with a talented player of great potential and versatile qualities, who has gained experience at both domestic and international levels. The agreement also includes an option to purchase the player permanently.

The midfielder's contract with the Catalan club runs until 2028, and the Transfermarkt portal estimates his market value at €18 million. Casado has been playing for Barcelona's first team since July 2024, making 34 appearances across all competitions in the 2025/2026 season and contributing one assist.
