Operativ Media reports that Mukhtar Babayev, the Azerbaijani President's representative on climate issues, said this during his speech at the Fourth Climate Week (CW4) conference of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"This year, Baku is also proud to host the 4th Climate Week of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for Europe and Central Asia. This event brings together the official international climate process and the broader climate community in a single city," he noted.
