Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, Qasim Mohuddin, on September 7.

Operativ Media reports that the meeting focused on developing Azerbaijan-Pakistan relations in the fields of youth and sports, as well as organizing joint events in areas of mutual interest.

The sides emphasized the importance of exchanging experience in youth policy and sports, and exchanged views on further expanding existing cooperation.

The meeting was also attended by Zarifa Zulfugarova, head of the ministry's International Relations Department, and Muhammad Hasnain Arshad, the embassy's head of administration.
