Bayern Munich plan to begin negotiations in the near future to extend the contract of their forward Michael Olise.

Operativ Media reports, citing Bild. According to the report, the 24-year-old French player could be offered a new contract running until June 2032.

The new agreement is expected to increase Olise's salary, making him one of the team's highest-paid players. If the parties reach an agreement, the forward will receive the new salary starting next summer.

Olise's current contract with Bayern is valid until June 2029. He has been playing for the Munich club since July 2024.

According to Bild, Olise wants a release clause of approximately €200 million to be included in his new contract.

The forward has scored 25 goals and provided 28 assists in 57 appearances for Bayern in the 2025/26 season.
