Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has invited Chinese leader Xi Jinping to pay an official visit to his country in 2027.

Lukashenko congratulated Xi Jinping on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China. On the eve of the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, he renewed his invitation to the Chinese leader to pay an official visit to Belarus in 2027.

The Belarusian President stated that Xi Jinping's visit would add special significance to the anniversary and mark the beginning of a new stage in Belarus-China relations.

Lukashenko noted that they highly appreciate Beijing's policy aimed at maintaining global stability on the international stage. He highlighted the achievements made by China under Xi Jinping's leadership in modernizing the economy, strengthening technological sovereignty, and developing production potential.

According to him, relations between Belarus and China have reached an unprecedentedly high level, and political dialogue continues intensively. Alongside the growth in trade turnover, investment cooperation is expanding, and key projects for both countries are being implemented within the framework of industrial cooperation.

Lukashenko also noted the development of humanitarian and cultural ties, stating that this confirms the strength of the strategic partnership.

The Belarusian leader wished Xi Jinping good health and well-being, and the Chinese people happiness and prosperity.
