Ahmad Ismayilov, Chairman of the Media and Broadcasting Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has held a series of bilateral meetings with various delegations on the sidelines of the CICA Media Forum, themed "Building Trust through Media in a Polarized World."

Operativ Media reports that during the meetings with Mehmet Daniş, Head of Turkey's General Directorate of Radio and Television; Wajiha Qamar, Federal Minister of State for Education and Professional Training of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; Ambassador Kairat Sarybay, Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA); and Kobuljon Akhmedov, Director of the Center for Mass Media Content Production under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it was emphasized that rapidly changing communication trends in the modern information environment necessitate closer cooperation and continuous exchange of experience among media institutions. In this regard, the importance of developing mutual relations in the media sector and promoting joint projects in various formats was highlighted.

At the same time, views were exchanged on maintaining trust in the global information space, media literacy, mitigating the impact of disinformation, improving the quality of media content, and approaches to addressing new challenges posed by digital platforms.
