Berlin to host Z5+1 summit with Central Asia

Germany will host a summit of heads of state and government of Central Asian countries in the Z5+1 format in Berlin.

Operativ Media reports that this was announced by the German Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Petra Dachtler.

"We look forward to the upcoming summit in Berlin at the level of heads of state and government in the Z5+1 format," the ambassador said.

According to the ambassador, the Z5+1 format holds significant potential for cooperation between Germany and Central Asian countries.

The format covers cooperation in the fields of economy, energy and natural resources, regional cooperation, sustainability, climate and environment, as well as people-to-people contacts.
