Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that he will have contacts with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the sidelines of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) summit in Turkmenistan.

Operativ Media reports that Pashinyan said this during a briefing.

According to him, contacts with both leaders are expected to take place in line with the format of the summit.

“The format is such that there will definitely be contacts with both the Russian President and the Azerbaijani President. We will be in the same venue today and tomorrow,” Pashinyan said.

However, the Armenian Prime Minister noted that no official meetings with Putin and Ilham Aliyev are scheduled.
