Armenia–Turkey border may open without appointing special representative

In the context of normalizing relations between Armenia and Turkey, we will announce the name of a new special representative.

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this, Operativ Media reports.

"The question of whether there is a need for a new representative remains open, because the border could open before an agreement is reached on new representatives," he noted.
