Under intergovernmental cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia, and in accordance with an agreement reached between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARTI) and the National Center for Teacher Professional Development (TPDC) under the Georgian ministry have jointly developed a training program for primary school teachers of Azerbaijani-medium schools operating in Georgia.
