Operativ Media reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in a congratulatory letter to Moldovan President Maia Sandu.

"I am confident that, in accordance with the will of our peoples bound by ties of friendship, we will continue our consistent efforts toward the comprehensive development of relations between our countries and the further deepening of our cooperation," the head of state noted.
