Traffic has been restored on the streets along the Baku City Circuit following the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

The Baku City Circuit Operations Company informed Operativ Media of this.

Immediately after the main race concluded, dismantling work began on the track infrastructure and the grandstands at Azneft Circle, allowing the central streets to reopen for traffic.

Traffic restrictions imposed on some streets where the race took place ended today at midnight (00:00).

As of 12:30 p.m., traffic has been fully restored on the roads, with the exception of the section from the intersection of Uzeyir Hajibeyli and Pushkin streets to the intersection of Zarifa Aliyeva and Pushkin streets.

During the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix week, additional measures were taken to ensure smoother traffic flow in the city center. Transit corridors along several key routes were kept open during morning and evening hours, improving mobility for residents and drivers. In 2026, traffic opportunities were further expanded. For the first time, a new transit corridor was established from the intersection of Uzeyir Hajibeyli and Pushkin streets toward Bulbul Avenue.
