Mahir Mammadov, President of the Azerbaijan Chess Federation, and Enes Efendioglu, the newly elected President of the Turkish Chess Federation, met during the World Chess Olympiad in Uzbekistan.

The Azerbaijan Chess Federation told Operativ Media.

The meeting focused on a new stage of cooperation in chess between the two brotherly nations, organizing joint tournaments, training young chess players, and exchanging experience.

At the end of the meeting, Azerbaijan Chess Federation President Mahir Mammadov presented a keepsake to Turkish Chess Federation President Enes Efendioglu.
