President Ilham Aliyev has signed decrees appointing new heads of the Garadagh District Executive Authority of Baku and the Naftalan City Executive Authority.

Operativ Media reports that, under the decrees, Natiq Oruc oglu Aliyev has been appointed head of the Garadagh District Executive Authority of Baku, and Mammadiya Suleyman oglu Mammadov has been appointed head of the Naftalan City Executive Authority.
