Colombian Football Federation renews contract with head coach Néstor Lorenzo
The Colombian Football Federation (FCF) has signed a new contract with national team head coach Néstor Lorenzo.

The federation stated in its official release that with this step, the organization reaffirms its full support for the technical work done by the specialist at the helm of the national team.
Under the leadership of the 60-year-old Argentine specialist, the Colombian national team won silver medals at the 2024 Copa América. In the 2026 World Cup, the national team advanced to the round of 16, where they lost to Switzerland in a penalty shootout (0:0, 3:4).
