The Netherlands will allocate 10 million euros to develop training infrastructure in Ukraine to expand the scale of military training.

Operativ Media reports that this was announced by the kingdom's Defense Minister, Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius.

"Today we will announce the allocation of 10 million euros for training facilities in Ukraine," she told reporters upon arriving at a meeting of EU defense ministers in Brussels.

According to her, the additional funding will make it possible to increase the number of Ukrainian servicemen undergoing training.

The minister also recalled that the Netherlands, together with its allies, has already participated in training nearly 100,000 soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
