“We have seen the advantages of the new governance system in Garabagh and East Zangezur,” President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with Azerbaijan Television in Nakhchivan.

The head of state added: “I am confident that more than 90,000 people already living there can see this as well. The same governance model—the Special Representative of the President—was also applied in Nakhchivan.”
