Erdogan: The pride of Shusha is the pride of our entire nation

The joy and pride of Baku and Shusha hold the exact same meaning for Türkiye.

Operativ Media reports that Erdogan shared a post to this effect on his social media account.

“The joy of Baku is the joy of Ankara, and the pride of Shusha is the pride of our entire nation,” the Turkish President stated.

He noted that those seeking to weaken the Azerbaijan-Türkiye brotherhood—solidified on the basis of an alliance through the Shusha Declaration signed on June 15, 2021—will fail to achieve their goals today and tomorrow, just as they failed yesterday.

Erdogan emphasized that the unity between the two countries will endure forever.
