President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent condolences to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

Operativ Media reports that the message of condolence reads:

"Dear Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich,

We were deeply shocked by the news of the deaths of servicemen during military exercises in the Mangystau region.

Sharing your grief in these difficult moments, I offer my deepest condolences to you, the families and loved ones of those who died, and the brotherly people of Kazakhstan, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan.

May Allah rest their souls in peace!"
