Ukraine's Ministry of Energy has announced that Azerbaijan delivered nearly 40 tons of equipment to support the operations of Ukrainian Railways.

Operativ Media reports that Ukraine's Energy Ministry shared the update on the X social media platform.

According to the report, the equipment was dispatched to one of the railway's regional divisions via the Energy Ministry's energy hub to support railway workers and maintain the operation of critical infrastructure.

"Almost every day, new equipment is sent through the hub to various regions of Ukraine. It helps ensure the uninterrupted operation of both the energy sector and other critical infrastructure facilities under the constant threat of Russian attacks," the statement said.

The ministry expressed its gratitude to Azerbaijan for its support of Ukraine and its assistance in strengthening the country's critical infrastructure.
