FIFA President Gianni Infantino has sent a letter to national federation heads urging them to support the creation of the organization's new commercial structure.

Operativ Media  reports, citing Sky Sports, that Infantino promised to allocate €35 million in subsidies to each federation in exchange for their backing. He gave federation leaders until September 19 to express their stance on the project. The process is not a formal vote; it simply requires gathering approval from more than half of the member associations. Once support is secured, the initiative can be officially approved by the FIFA Council.

It was noted that on July 28, FIFA approved plans to establish a $20 billion subsidiary called "FIFA Forward Enterprise" and offer more than 20% of its shares for sale. Private investors will pay approximately $4.2 billion for these shares, with FIFA promising to spend the funds on football development. The new structure is planned to manage the organization's media and commercial rights, including the administration of World Cups.
