A delegation led by Prosecutor General of Georgia Giorgi Gvarakidze, currently on a working visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Honor to pay tribute to the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, and laid a wreath at his grave.

According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office reporting to Operativ Media, the delegation also visited the graves of outstanding ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva, prominent statesman Aziz Aliyev, and Professor Tamerlan Aliyev.

The guests then visited the Alley of Martyrs to honor the memory of those who sacrificed their lives for the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, laying flowers at their graves.

As part of the visit, an expanded meeting was held between Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev and Prosecutor General of Georgia Giorgi Gvarakidze.
