A document exchange ceremony was held on July 31 between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic, attended by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.

Operativ Media reports that the heads of state signed the "Decision of the Third Meeting of the Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic" and the "Treaty on Allied Relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov and Kyrgyz Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov exchanged the "Second Additional Agreement Amending the Agreement of October 11, 2022, between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Establishment of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund."

Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev and Kyrgyz Minister of Transport and Communications Talantbek Soltobayev exchanged the "Agreement on International Road Transport between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev and Kyrgyz Minister of Transport and Communications Talantbek Soltobayev also exchanged the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Cargo Transportation, Shipping, and Shipbuilding between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov and Kyrgyz Minister of Energy Altynbek Rysbekov exchanged the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Supply of Oil Products between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov and Kyrgyz Minister of Energy Altynbek Rysbekov exchanged the "Roadmap for Energy Cooperation for 2026–2028 between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov and Kyrgyz Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov exchanged the "Roadmap for the Implementation of the 2024–2029 Cooperation Program between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Signed in Baku on April 24, 2024."

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Latif Gandilov and Chairman of the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan Baktybek Kudaybergenov exchanged the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Statistics between the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Latif Gandilov and Chairman of the State National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan Maksat Asanaliyev exchanged the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cybersecurity between the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Latif Gandilov and Chairman of the Service for Financial Market Regulation and Oversight under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Kairat Mamatov exchanged the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Service for Financial Market Regulation and Oversight under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic."

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Latif Gandilov and Mayor of Cholpon-Ata Rustam Kadyrkulov exchanged the "Memorandum of Understanding on Establishing Sister City Relations between Shusha, Azerbaijan, and Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan."

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Latif Gandilov and Mayor of Karakol Talantbek Imanov exchanged the "Memorandum on Mutual Cooperation and Sister City Relations between Gabala, Azerbaijan, and Karakol, Kyrgyzstan."
