"Dear Ilham Heydar oglu,

Respected media representatives,

Today, it is a great pleasure to welcome the President of Azerbaijan, dear Ilham Heydar oglu, and the members of the Azerbaijani delegation to the hospitable Kyrgyz soil.

I am grateful to you for accepting my invitation to pay a state visit to the Kyrgyz Republic.

I am confident that this visit will give a new impetus to strengthening our brotherly relations. Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan consistently support each other and successfully coordinate their stances on issues of mutual interest. I note with satisfaction that political dialogue between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan is at the highest level today. Regular contacts and mutual trust create a solid foundation for the alliance being forged today.

Mr. President and I held detailed and trust-based negotiations covering the full spectrum of Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani cooperation. Chaired by us, the 3rd meeting of the Interstate Council took place, where a Decision was signed. We heard progress reports on implementing the council's decisions and discussed the execution of joint initiatives, including the operations of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Development Fund.

We reviewed key areas of bilateral interaction and identified new steps to advance our partnership. A crucial outcome of today's talks was the signing of the Treaty on Allied Relations. This historic event truly lays the foundation for a new phase in Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani cooperation. Furthermore, a substantial package of bilateral documents was signed covering energy, transport, cybersecurity, education, financial market regulation, and precious metals trade. We highlighted the steady development of trade and economic cooperation and the sustainable growth of trade turnover. We agreed to create favorable conditions for expanding business ties and implementing joint investment projects in the future. Today, three joint projects were launched and eight initiatives were set in motion under the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Fund.

We paid special attention to developing transport corridors and efficiently utilizing our countries' transit potential. We noted Azerbaijan's key role as a vital link in the Middle Corridor connecting Central Asia with European markets. We also discussed promising avenues in energy and opportunities to implement joint projects. Today, the ceremonial opening of the first five-star hotel built by Azerbaijan on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul will take place.

I am confident that this project will serve as another symbol of enduring friendship between our peoples and make a significant contribution to developing tourism potential.

I would like to highlight our effective collaboration within international organizations. I invited dear Ilham Heydar oglu to attend the opening ceremony of the 6th World Nomad Games, the SCO+ Summit, and the 2nd Global Mountain Summit 'Bishkek+25' to be held on October 21-23, 2027.

In conclusion, I would like to express my satisfaction with the outcomes of today's talks.

Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, I thank you for the meaningful exchange of views, your personal attention to developing Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani relations, and your steadfast commitment to strengthening friendship between our peoples. The agreements reached reaffirm the mutual commitment of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan to further deepening our allied relations.

"Dear Sadyr Nurgazhoevich,

Dear friends,

Mr. President, first of all, I would like to express my gratitude to you for the invitation to pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan and for the traditional hospitality shown to me on brotherly Kyrgyz soil. Today, we raised interstate relations to the highest level and once again demonstrated our joint efforts toward strengthening our interaction.

Allied relations entail immense responsibility, and we are ready for it. We will continue to support each other in all initiatives—on international platforms, in economic and trade fields, and in strengthening security.

As you noted, the package of documents signed today demonstrates the broad scope of our cooperation. I am confident that the agreements reached during my visit will be successfully implemented, just as our previous ones were.

Today, we agreed to double the capital of the joint Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Investment Fund to $200 million. I am sure this is not the limit, as the presentation shown to us regarding the fund's activities is rich in concrete content. Many projects are being implemented in Kyrgyzstan that create joint production and new jobs, strengthening the economic potential of our interaction.

Today, we will also attend the opening of the 'Baku' hotel, a project decided jointly with our colleagues. We are delighted and proud that the first five-star hotel on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul was built with Azerbaijani state funding and bears the name 'Baku.'

We also express our lasting gratitude for the support provided in the reconstruction of Karabah. Together, we attended the opening of the 'Manas' school in Agdam district. This was a grand contribution from the Kyrgyz people to the rebuilding of Karabah, which suffered under occupation for 30 years.

We are united by history, culture, and deep respect for outstanding figures of our nations. Together, we unveiled a monument to Chingiz Aitmatov and opened a park named after him in Baku. These places are also tied to the life and work of Chingiz Aitmatov. The house where we are meeting today is connected to him as well, featuring his portraits on the walls. All of this reflects our mutual efforts to draw closer together.

I will also not forget opening the Kyrgyzstan-Azerbaijan Friendship Park in Bishkek with you a few years ago. That park is another symbol of our joint cooperation in the capital.

The humanitarian ties we discussed today—including the Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Kyrgyzstan and Days of Kyrgyz Culture in Azerbaijan—create a positive atmosphere and showcase the closeness of our peoples, who share common roots and belong to several international organizations.

I would also like to thank you and the other presidents of Central Asian nations for accepting Azerbaijan as a full member of the Consultative Meetings of Central Asian Leaders, now termed the 'Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia and Azerbaijan.' The next meeting will be held in due course. I thank you once again for such warm attitude and high honor.

For my part, I invite you to pay another state visit to Azerbaijan at a time convenient for you. Thank you for your attention."
