Everton Could Pay €50 Million for Vitor Roque
English club Everton is planning to sign Palmeiras' Brazilian forward Vitor Roque during the January transfer window.
Operativ Media reports citing Spanish outlet Sport.es that Palmeiras has no intention of selling the 21-year-old Brazilian footballer for less than €50 million.
The potential transfer could also generate additional revenue for Barcelona, as the Catalan club retained 20 percent of the player's sell-on rights. Vitor Roque moved to Palmeiras in February 2025 for €25.5 million plus bonuses. If the transfer goes through for €50 million, Barcelona will earn €10 million.
Everton, managed by head coach David Moyes, is looking to bolster its attack. The club considers Vitor Roque an alternative to Thierno Barry.
Additionally, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham have previously shown interest in the Brazilian striker, though no official bid has been submitted yet.
In 2026, Vitor Roque scored 9 goals and provided 1 assist across 39 matches. The Transfermarkt portal currently values the player at €38 million.
