Claims regarding Heydar Aliyev Park in Turkey refuted

Claims that a bust located in Heydar Aliyev Park in Turkey's Şişli district would be removed and a cultural center built in its place have been refuted.

Operativ Media reports that the Center for Combating Disinformation under the Turkish Presidential Administration stated this in a post on its official X account.

It was noted that the Şişli Municipality has no ongoing work concerning the area in question, and no such project is on its agenda.

The center emphasized that circulating old and unfounded allegations is a provocation and disinformation aimed at targeting Azerbaijan-Turkey relations.

The post urged the public not to give credence to such claims.
